ELA is launching a new program for the winter season, The Small Business Mastermind.

This one-hour zoom is an open forum for business owners to gather to discuss the many challenges we encounter. We are stronger together and together we will work through any challenges and help each other to achieve our individual goals. The forum, or "hive" as Trevor calls it, is for veterans and beginners alike. Starting a business? Have a tricky project or client? Bring your experience, your questions and your dreams!

Trevor Smith is Design and Education Director for the ReEarth studio at Social Impact Collective in Massachusetts. He holds several landscape certifications and is a past President and a current board member of the Ecological Landscape Alliance. He is an award-winning regenerative landscape designer, specializing in green infrastructure, native plant design, habitat creation, and implementation of ecological design principles. He is passionate about the natural world which inspires his commitment to sustainable landscaping practices in an era of climate change.
